Job Description
ㆍStrong technical background and capabilities of Magnetic components (Chip Inductor, Transformer), manufacturing equipment and production flow.
ㆍDefine product portfolio, research new technology, and improve product performance.
ㆍManage and participate in the creation of part specifications and part testing procedures.
ㆍInterface with development team to assist on component design (Managing Magnetic component selection, design support, and reliability analysis)
ㆍEvaluation & Validation, make sure they meet the specifications for quality and performance
ㆍWorking with external suppliers to drive leading-edge technology, development, and manufacturing. 
 
Qualification
ㆍMS or BS Degree in Engineering
ㆍMinimum 6 years of industry experience
ㆍSolid technical understanding of passive components (Inductor, Transformer)
ㆍDeep knowledge of parameters and characteristics, electronic circuits and systems
ㆍFluent English communication skills
ㆍBe able to work with internal and external partners
