Job Description
ㆍStrong technical background and capabilities of PMIC process, equipment and production flow.
ㆍCandidate will work with partners to define new process technology, handle equipment requirements and specifications, and review processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of semiconductors.
ㆍWorking with external suppliers to drive leading-edge integration, development, and improvements.
ㆍMonitoring the progress of technical projects and ensuring timelines are met.
ㆍRisk assessments: Identification and solving of potential process and equipment problems.
ㆍInteracting and driving resolution of silicon issues with cross-functional teams. 
 
Qualification
ㆍMS or BS Degree in Engineering
ㆍMinimum 6 years of semiconductor industry experience
ㆍSolid technical understanding of PMIC IC processing equipment and integration flow
ㆍFamiliarity with PMIC packaging techniques
ㆍFluent English communication skills
ㆍBe able to work with internal and external partners
